MTAC x Four Seasons
Half-Day Wellness Retreat

Overview:
Join us for a half-day retreat dedicated to movement, relaxation, and self-care in the elegant setting of the Four Seasons Montréal. This event marks the first major fundraiser for MTAC, with the dual mission of raising essential funds and equipping our community with tools and support for overall well-being. Experience a curated lineup of workshops designed to nourish both body and mind while connecting with a community of like-minded individuals.

 

Need to Know:

  • What to Wear: Athletic leisure, and if you can, add a touch of pink— even better!

Workshops:

​

Full-Body Workout (9:15 AM-10:00 AM)
Led by Val Desjardins, Founder and Co-Owner of the Studio MTL. Creator of the PUMP Method. 

Strength and Cardio PUMP workout designed to empower participants of all levels with a full body activation. Using a band and an uplifting playlist, this session is designed to get your heart PUMPING in a mindful way to create connection through body, heart and community.
 

Music-Based Workout (10:10 AM-10:40 AM)
Led by Jennifer Pregnolato, Co-Owner of The Studio MTL and creator of SCULPT NATION.
An energizing session that uses music to release tension, boost energy, and get the body moving.

 

Restorative Renewal Yoga (11:15 AM-11:45 AM)

Led by Annie Touchette, Pilates & Yoga Instructor

Annie’s Restorative Yoga session promotes deep relaxation and renewal through gentle postures, breathwork, and mindfulness.

 

Self-Massage & Guided Meditation (11:50 AM-12:20 PM) 

Led by Isabelle Houle, Founder of Blu Wellbeing

Join Isabelle for a restorative session blending breath, touch, and self-massage to release tension, support lymphatic flow, and promote deep relaxation and balance.

Healing Sound Bath ( 1:15 PM- 1:30 PM) 

Led by Camille Lalande, Founder of Consciousness Guidance 

Camille will lead a shamanic sound bath focused on surrender, meditation, and deep healing. Trust the process. Embrace the transformation.
